Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GroHair & GloSkin, we value your time and trust. This policy explains how appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.

1. Appointment Cancellations

• You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling us or writing to us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments ("no-shows"), may not be eligible for a refund of any advance paid.

2. Rescheduling

We are happy to help you reschedule your appointment to a more convenient date, subject to availability, at no extra cost when requested within a reasonable time.

3. Refunds on Advance Payments

• Advance payments made towards booking a consultation or treatment are refundable if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Once a treatment session has commenced, amounts paid for that session are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Package & Multi-Session Treatments

For treatments purchased as a package or multiple sessions, refunds (if applicable) will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for sessions not yet availed, after deducting any applicable service charges.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In case of a genuine medical emergency or an error on our part, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, including rescheduling or a refund, at our discretion.
